OUR WINTER COLLECTION 2017/18 – A SWEET TEMPTATION

From December it’s time again. The beautiful and mysterious Élise from Paris is back. This time she not only makes our patissier look beautiful, but has also presented him with a special challenge: To create the best Elisen gingerbread in Nuremberg. You should try it for yourself in order to see, whether he succeeded. Choose between the classic Lebkuchen No.1 from Franconian nuts and dark chocolate and our new gingerbread creation No.2 with Dulcey, Grapefruit and Cardamom. Or why not simply enjoy them both…

In our winter collection “Mystere d’Élise” there are again lots of delicacies: Macarons, pralines, confits, Éclairs and a tart with caramelized apples, Muscovado sugar and almond frangipane. Don’t miss our traditional French Christmas Bûche de Noël with Grand Cru chocolate, walnuts and cherries. A secret recipe from Élise’s grandmother. Just come by and visit us.
